What factors affect the use of defoaming agents?

There are many factors that affect defoaming agent, at least two reasons:
1) Defoaming agent is increased by surfactant.
2) The main agent of defoaming agent can be absorbed by colloidal resin.
Defoaming ability in static conditions. When the liquid that produces bubbles flows back into the storage tank or directly into the packaging barrel, it is okay if the defoaming is fast.
Defoaming ability of defoaming agent in dynamic conditions
1) Dynamic defoaming effect in a relatively closed small space. Because it involves gas entering the bubble, the external air pressure is reduced in a short time, which is more conducive to the generation and stability of bubbles. Wetting agents and emulsifiers have a shrinking effect on the gas in the bubble. One is nothing, but tens of millions are considerable.
2) Open dynamic defoaming effect, there is no single flexographic printing machine converted into a coating machine, the small space of the glue roller and the inking roller is open and turned at high speed, and the bubble generation speed is quite fast.
Applicability of the machine
1) Temperature. Temperature changes lead to changes in the foam stability and defoaming of surfactants.
2) Customer habits.
The defoamer passed the test in the factory, but failed when it came to the customer. We were puzzled. After visiting the site, we understood that the customer had a large dilution. For the same dilution, the decrease in the foam stability of the emulsifier and wetting agent is inconsistent with the decrease in the defoaming ability of the defoamer.

Polyester fiber, high and medium temperature dyeing, high temperature overflow dyeing, jet dyeing, high temperature dyeing of polyester fabrics, water treatment of polyester-cotton textile dyeing process, textile auxiliaries, bleaching, sizing, etc.
Packaging, storage, transportation:
It can be stored for more than six months in an environment of about 25℃. It must not be exposed to the sun; 25 kg, 50 kg plastic barrel packaging; 120 kg plastic-lined iron barrel packaging or packaging according to customer requirements.
