Surface activity test defoamer
At present, surfactants are generally used as bactericides and disinfectants in the aquatic industry. Their bactericidal and disinfecting effects are attributed to their strong interaction with bacterial biofilm proteins, which denatures or loses their functions. These disinfectants have relatively large solubility in water, such as cationic surfactants: quaternary ammonium salts are used for pond sterilization and disinfection. In order to eliminate the moisture in plastic raw materials, a newly developed functional plastic masterbatch-defoaming masterbatch has brought a new method to solve the moisture problem in plastic raw materials. Plastic masterbatch defoaming agent masterbatch can adjust the addition ratio according to the moisture content of the raw materials. Plastic masterbatch has the characteristics of small addition amount (generally 2% to 4%), no change in processing technology, non-toxic, non-irritating, good plasticity, etc. Surfactants can increase the solubility of oxygen in water. The saturated solubility of oxygen in aquaculture water is generally not more than 9 mg/L. After adding a specific type of surfactant to the aquaculture water, Tianjin defoamer can make the saturated solubility of oxygen in the water exceed 20 mg/L. The time required for the whole process depends on the different types of surfactants, and the difference is very large. Water bodies containing surfactants will produce a lot of bubbles under the influence of wind, water flow, swimming aquatic animals, etc., because surfactant molecules can be adsorbed on the gas-liquid interface and arranged in a directional manner to form a solid film to keep the bubbles tidy. At the same time, surfactants have dispersibility and can evenly disperse the bubbles in the liquid. In the process of generating foam when the water body is disturbed, a large number of air bubbles containing rich oxygen enter the water body, accelerating the dissolution of oxygen in the water body, so that the dissolved oxygen in the water body reaches a higher level. After the surfactant is sprayed into the aquaculture water body during the day, the surfactant begins to distribute in the upper layer of the aquaculture water body, which increases the density of the upper layer of the aquaculture water body, which will drive the upper oxygen-rich water to move to the lower layer of the water body, and will cause convection between the upper and lower layers of the entire aquaculture water body, increase the oxygen content of the bottom water body, and reduce the deterioration of the lower water quality and bottom quality. In high-density aquaculture water bodies, a large amount of feed is usually put in, and a large amount of waste is excreted after being digested by aquatic animals. Through microbial decomposition, plankton metabolism and other factors, an oil film is formed on the surface of the water body, blocking the contact between air and water, and increasing the surface tension of the water body. Surfactants can make the oil film gradually curl into oil droplets that are separated, moved, and concentrated to the downwind outlet by the water flow. When the amount of surfactant is large, it can be emulsified and suspended in the water body in the form of particles. Plastic masterbatch can absorb a large amount of moisture from plastic during molding. Plastic masterbatch can be widely used in the processing of recycled materials, damp plastics and degradable plastics. Plastic masterbatch can ensure the yield rate, improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and ultimately reduce production costs while ensuring product quality.
