In order to achieve high-quality localization of mineral oil defoamers and ultimately replace foreign imported products, the author uses homemade additives to replace silicone components, reduce the amount of mineral oil, and further adopts emulsification technology to successfully prepare Tianjin defoamers suitable for water-based paints, providing a feasible production route for domestic manufacturers in the same industry. Compared with foreign products, when the amount of effective components is only 60% of imported products, the defoaming and anti-foaming performance and indicators are close to those of foreign products, and the durability is better; the active component has a higher defoaming efficiency, the silicone component is eliminated, and the possibility of shrinkage is avoided.
The preparation process of environmentally friendly water-based paint mineral oil defoamer is simple and feasible. The performance indicators of the obtained products are close to those of foreign high-quality products, and the anti-foaming durability is even better. This product is stable in storage without stratification, will not cause combustion and explosion hazards, and has a validity period of 12 months. It can be used as a substitute for similar foreign products and is worthy of promotion and application by domestic manufacturers in the same industry. When there is no substitute for a raw material, it is very dangerous and should be used with caution. For example, some additives in gas chemistry are too unique. I will not give priority to them. When making a set of formulas, I should actively make backup formulas.
The quality of circulating water directly affects the safe production of subsequent main devices. To ensure the quality of circulating water, while adding daily agents, non-oxidizing biocides and defoamers should be added to the system from time to time to prevent the growth of microorganisms and cause system corrosion to affect safe production. The dynamic defoaming effect in a relatively closed small space, such as in a chamber scraper, involves gas entering the bubble. The short-term reduction of external air pressure is more conducive to the generation and stability of bubbles. Wetting agents and emulsifiers have a shrinking effect on the gas in the bubble. One is nothing, but tens of millions are considerable.
