For example, when making beer, if the foam exists for a long time, it will cause the beer to deteriorate; if foam appears during dyeing in the textile industry, the print will be deformed; some industrial production foams will also cause environmental pollution and harm the health of workers. In the industrial process, due to the presence of foam, the liquid level meter will be interfered with and the measurement will be accurate, resulting in measurement errors. Due to the presence of foam in the liquid, the liquid density fluctuates greatly, which can often cause the liquid level of the reactor absorption tower distillation tower to be falsely high, causing the operation to lose balance and even accidents.
