Metalworking fluid defoamer function
When the cutting fluid is used for metal processing, it will come into contact with a large amount of air and form excessive foam. The surfactant in the cutting fluid will form an adsorption film, which will stabilize the foam and affect the processing quality and precision.
The reasons for the foaming of the cutting fluid are as follows:
1.. The water quality is relatively soft, and the degree of softened water and alkaline water increases the foam of the emulsion.
2.. The fluid circulation pump is not tightly sealed, which will also increase the foam of the liquid.
3.. The flow rate of the cutting fluid is too fast, and the bubbles have no time to overflow. More and more bubbles gather, resulting in a large number of bubbles.
4.. The volume of the cutting fluid tank is too small, resulting in insufficient residence time of the cutting fluid.
5.. The design of the system is unreasonable, especially the layout of the return pipe and the storage tank is unreasonable. There are too many right angles in the storage tank design, or the nozzle angle of the cutting fluid is too straight.
6.. Occasional foaming problems are usually caused by external influences, such as detergent contamination of the cutting fluid and impurity infiltration.
The metalworking fluid defoamer of the present invention is compounded by a special modified polyether and fluorine-containing raw materials through a special process. It is easily soluble in water and is particularly suitable for continuous defoaming and defoaming under high temperature, strong acid and alkali, high shear force and high pressure conditions. It has excellent high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and no floating oil; it is widely used in turning, milling, planing, grinding, gear processing, thread processing and other process links. The bubble suppression time is long and does not affect the lubrication and cooling performance of the cutting fluid. It is a multifunctional defoamer.
