How to dilute defoaming agent
1. Weigh the water (either deionized water or tap water) according to the desired preparation ratio;
2. Add stabilizer (1~2% of the total amount of defoaming agent to be prepared) and stir for 30 minutes to make the thickening system uniform (just observe that there are no particles in the system);
3. Add the defoaming agent into the thickening liquid prepared above at one time, and stir after completion (the stirring speed should be controlled within 60 rpm to prevent damage to the defoaming agent system. If the stirring speed is greater than 60 rpm, / minute, the stirring time can be appropriately reduced, it is best to use intermittent stirring), stir for 5 to 10 minutes, and observe that the system state is uniform;
4. When the climate conditions are hot, 0.1~0.2% preservative needs to be added to prevent the defoaming agent from smelling.
