Effect of Defoaming Masterbatch

Pigment dispersions based on TEGO® Dispers 670 not only have extremely low yield points, but also have excellent color development. Defoamers are ideal products for protecting coating surfaces from external environmental influences. They can keep the coating film’s appearance and feel for a long time, and give plastics, textiles, and leather surfaces special gloss and functionality. This original one-component silicone-modified polyurethane dispersion can be diluted with water and maintains high flexibility and elasticity in both hot and cold conditions. The quality of circulating water directly affects the safe production of subsequent main devices. To ensure the quality of circulating water, in addition to adding daily chemicals, non-oxidizing biocides and defoamers should be added to the system from time to time to prevent the growth of microorganisms, which will cause system erosion and affect safe production.
