They are polymerized by polysiloxane, special emulsifiers, and highly active polyether defoamers through a special process. Since this product does not contain water, it is successfully used in powder products without water. The characteristics are strong defoaming ability, small dosage, long-lasting anti-foaming, good thermal stability, good fluidity, no side effects, and convenient transportation. It has extremely strong defoaming and anti-foaming properties in high temperature and high alkalinity solutions.
Common defoamers are suitable for industrial defoaming such as papermaking, pulping, textiles, printing and dyeing, washing processes, oil drilling, chemicals, cleaning agents, cutting fluids, building materials, inks, and sewage treatment. Applicable to systems where liquid defoamers are not suitable.

The defoamer can be directly added to the stirring foaming system medium to make the defoamer disperse quickly and evenly; or the defoamer can be dissolved in water (hot water dissolves faster), and then continuously or intermittently added or sprayed into the foaming system to make the defoamer disperse quickly and evenly, so as to obtain better results. It should be prepared immediately before use and should not be stored for a long time after dilution. The general usage ratio is 0.001~0.5% of the foaming system, but for different processes and different requirements, users can increase or decrease according to actual conditions.
