Common problems and solutions in wastewater treatment
1. In the process of running, if it is found that the reason of sludge whitening is:
(1) lack of nutrition, filamentous bacteria or fixed ciliates multiply in large numbers, the micelles grow badly,
(2) high or low PH value causes the filamentous bacteria to grow in large numbers, the solution
(1) , according to the nutrition ratio adjustment influent load, ammonia nitrogen drop amount, keep a few days of sludge color can be restored.
(2) to adjust the influent pH, keep the pH value of aeration tank between 6-8, keep the pH range for a long time to effectively prevent sludge expansion.
2. If the reason of sludge blackening is found during operation: the dissolved oxygen in aeration tank is too low, the H2S is released from the anaerobic decomposition of organic matter, and the interaction between H2S and FE results in Fes, as long as the increase of dissolved oxygen aeration tank, more than 10 hours sludge will gradually return to normal.
3. The reason of sludge filtration difficulty or effluent colority increase in the test process: lack of nutrition or low water temperature, poor growth of sludge, a large number of sludge flocculation solution: increase the load of balanced nutrition, increase the water temperature, improve the growth environment of sludge.
4. There are a lot of air bubbles in the aeration tank because the influent load is too high and the impact load is too big, which causes some sludge to decompose and adhere to the air bubbles, so there are a lot of air bubbles in the water area. Solution: reduce water intake, slightly increase the amount of reflux sludge, stable for a period of time after the bubble reduction system gradually normal.
