Composition: modified silicone compounds
Appearance: colorless transparent to slightly yellow liquid
Nonvolatile content: 0.6%
Solvent：Xylene, TetramethyIbenzene
Application scope: solvent-based coatings, light-curing coatings, solvent-free coatings.
Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.8% of the total formula (please test the most appropriate amount before use)
Directions:
In order to obtain sufficient defoaming effect, it is recommended to add it before grinding. If added later, it should be mixed under high enough shear force to ensure good distribution of defoamer.
Characteristics and advantages:
- It has excellent defoaming and foam inhibition effect, which can inhibit and eliminate the air bubbles generated in the process of coating production, canning and construction, and prevent the generation of pinholes and so on.
- Good compatibility with various resin systems, especially suitable for medium and high level varnish systems.
