BZ-481 strong defoamer additive
Composition: alcohol-based modified organosilicon compounds
Appearance: colorless transparent liquid
Active ingredient: 10%
Solvent：Xylene
Application scope: used for roller coating, drip coating UV, epoxy, thick paint coating.
Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.8% of the total formula (please test the most appropriate dosage before use).
Usage:
Can be added at any time during the production process, including after adding, please mix well, please test before use.
Characteristics and advantages:
- It is suitable for deep wood grain coating of PE and PU white surface, and has outstanding releasing property for air bubbles of deep hole wood grain;
- For epoxy, UV and other thick coating paint has good bubble elimination performance.
- Especially in the mechanical movement of the roll coating and drenching coating has a special bubble inhibition, defoaming effect.
