BZ-411B defoamer additive
Composition：Modified silicone compounds
Appearance: colorless to yellowish transparent liquid
Nonvolatile content: 2.0%
Solvent：Xylene, Cyclohexanone
Application scope: solvent-borne coatings, light-curing coatings, solvent-free coatings.
Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formula (please test the most appropriate dosage before use).
Dosage: In order to obtain sufficient defoaming effect, it is recommended to add before grinding. If added later, it should be mixed under high enough shear force to ensure good distribution of defoamer.
Characteristics and advantages:
- BZ411B has better compatibility than BZ410 in all kinds of resin systems, with excellent defoaming and foam inhibition effect, and has very high defoaming effect on the microfoam in coating products.
- with other types of defoamers can not be compared with the compatibility, especially for medium and high polarity varnish, matte paint, white top coat, PE series.
