Application of water treatment defoamer in coating industry
In the paint industry, especially water-based paints, sewage treatment defoamers are used to help eliminate a large amount of foam produced during the paint production process that may affect the quality of the paint.
Traditional defoamers are all water-insoluble substances. What about polyether defoamers? Polyether defoamers are synthesized from various initiators, and these initiators can be used as the basis for classifying polyether defoamers. According to them, polyether defoamers can be divided into polyol type, fatty acid ester type, and amine ether type. Therefore, it has a very wide range of applications. Just like the circulating wastewater treatment defoamer contains polyether components, it can be quickly dispersed when added to water. In this regard, polyether defoamer is a defoamer with a very unique segmentation method and chain length.
